Insights Panel Membership
How are members chosen for the Insights Panel?
M&T Bank has selected a specific group of banking customers to join the M&T Bank Insights Panel. Those interested in participating complete a brief registration survey, and agree to receive communications about upcoming research opportunities. We respect your privacy and do not send out unsolicited emails.
Does membership cost anything?
No, there is no membership fee. In fact we will be offering cash for your participation! You will never be asked to buy anything as a result of your membership. All we ask is that you share your opinions.
How do I update my contact information or change my password?
By clicking on Update Profile and logging in with your email address and password, you can provide us with your updated information.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We hope that you will enjoy your time as an M&T Bank Advisor. Please contact us if ever you have a problem or difficulty. However, if you do decide to cancel your membership, we have made the process as simple as possible. You can either send us an email at Tony.Fricano@mtbinsights.com (include the word "Remove" in the subject line), or login to the panel website and Unsubscribe.

Insights Panel Privacy
Who has access to my personal information?
The protection of our Insights Panel privacy is our first priority. We use the latest technology to ensure that the personal information of our members is secure. We will never release any information about you without your permission. Our Privacy Policy is available online for your review.

Survey Participation
How do I participate in surveys?
Once we have a survey ready, our Panel Services Manager will send you an email invitation containing a link to the survey. Just click on the link, or copy and paste the Web site address into your browser window. Then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey.
How do I participate in Quick Polls?
Polls will be made available via the Quick Polls link on the panel website. Participation is easy, just navigate to the Quick Polls page and submit your vote! After you have submitted your vote, you will be able to view the aggregated opinions of your fellow panel members.
If I receive a survey invitation, does that mean I am qualified to participate?
We do our best to identify surveys that are interesting and appropriate for you based on the information you have provided to us in previous surveys. The email invitation will typically indicate the general subject matter and instructions for each study, along with the reward being offered for participation. At times, you may be asked to answer a few initial questions to ensure that you meet any special requirements needed for a particular research project.
How many emails can I expect to receive from the M&T Insights Panel?
Your time is valuable to us, we will not waste it. Panelists should expect to be contacted via email 1-2 times per month.
How long will it take me to complete a survey?
We anticipate that each survey will take between 10-20 minutes of your time, depending on your responses.
Can I re-start the survey where I left off?
Yes. Should you experience a technical difficulty, or just run out of time, you may resume the survey where you left off. Just click on the Web address in the invitation email you received, click on the "next" (>>) button, and you will be able to return to the place in the survey where you left off.

Insights Panel Rewards
How will I know what Sweepstakes are being offered?
The survey invitation you receive via email will indicate the type and value of the reward being offered for your participation in a survey activity.
How will winners be notified?
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone, according to method of entry. Potential winners must respond to notification within 7 days of first attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to acknowledge acceptance of the prize, a liability release and/or a publicity release.
How long will it take to receive my reward, once I have been notified as a winner?
The typical timeframe to post rewards to your online reward account is 1-2 weeks following the winner notice, and an additional 2-4 weeks to process reward delivery.

What type of Web browser should I use?
We have found that Internet Explorer works best, versions 5.0 or newer. We encourage all AOL members to use Internet Explorer to connect to our studies, as that browser provides faster connections to our surveys.
